Here is the second part of the Online Casino Project Craps Glossary:

Box Numbers - The betting boxes corresponding to the numbers 4,5,6,8 and 10
Boxcars
- A dice-roll of double sixes (twelve)
Boxman
- This is the casino personnel who guards the chips and supervises the entire action at the craps table
Buffalo
- A bet made on each Hardway and Any Seven
Buy Bet
- a Place bet with corrected odds, entailing the bettor pay a 5% House commission
Bring Out
- A hardway bet on the point number in order to help bring out the point
Crapped Dice
- Term given to faulty dice (cheating players have been known to slip in crooked dice designed to roll certain numbers more frequently - no worries about finding these at online casinos) Center Bets - Classification given to all proposition bets, hardway and one-roll bets, which are grouped together in the center of the craps table
Cold Dice
- Dice that simply don't hold out and are not rolling good numbers
Cold Table
- This is a table where the majority of shooters are not making their point numbers or are losing on the come out roll
Come Bet
- A bet made after the come out roll, when a point is established (it is the counter to a pass line bet made on the come out roll)
Come Out Roll -
The initial roll a shooter makes on a new betting round. The come out roll can win if the dice roll a natural and can lose if the dice roll a craps. Otherwise, the come out roll establishes the shooters point for the rest of the round
Coming Out
- The moment before the shooter rolls the come out
Craps
- When the dice produce a 2, 3 or 12 on the come out roll
Craps Out
- When a craps is rolled on the come out roll and all the pass line bets lose
Crew
- The entire makeup of a casinos craps table staff, which is the stickman, boxman and two dealers.
